The changed DeviceHostLinux seems to work. All my channels are working now, but I tested it by disconnecting the antenna. I got a failed message in the browser fairly quickly as opposed to never previously. And as soon as I reconnected the antenna, it streamed fine.

This still doesn't explain the Pluto TV issue you described so I'd be happy to look at the logs.

It's waiting up to 6 seconds for data to be received, or 10 in the case of DVB-S. We can tweak later if find these aren't adequate defaults.
Re: Pluto issue.
I think this did resolve the issue. The problem wasn't with Pluto, but when an OTA channel request failed, nothing could stream--nothing from the tuner and nothing from Pluto. Now, it all works!
Well . . .
I can record now, and playback from Nextpvr in a browser window, but not in Kodi. Selecting a recording results in a blank screen and endless waiting.
