I could not see an option in the HDHR screens to zip the logs so I did a copy and paste and zipped it.

Thanks since there was no connection to tuner2 logged I wanted to see if tuner2 ever worked and it did on the 12th. Maybe try all four tuners in a test today. There is still the issue for sub but maybe you can mitigate the problem with solid tuners.

That's good. I don't want to distract sub from the issue we found but I am wondering if your merged tuners are out of sync. Could you change the test and see if BBC One works as the third recording.

Ok good so yesterday's issue was likely a network glitch and if second chance recording was working you likely would have been ok.
