NextPVR sever is not in my network (I set up at my parent's house)

'Remote Access' is already checked

I don't know why pin code is not saved.
I mean I used 8 numbers and I saw 8 dots
but after a while it shows 4 dots again

For remote connection you are doing the right thing so discovery won't work.

I don't think you are clicking the Go button to actually save the the host and port and PIN combination. There was an issue on exiting the PIN field without hitting Go though and I think I have fixed that. The original download link I gave you should now have an updated file you can install.

Your English 1000% better than my Korean. When I look at your NextPVR screen looking at the time I am lost. Once this is working I can show you how to translate the English menus if you'd like.

Things are working fine now and I can stream from Canada with no hiccups  In the log I found what you did you had set AllowRemoteAPI  to false things worked when you turned that back on.  You don't need AllowUnauthenticatedStreaming  but you do also need  AllowRemoteStreaming to be true.

You will see the recommended text option can hide the PIN so I show how to turn it off, and to use the Next and Go buttons Hopefully that helps.  

I do tell the API to hide the suggestions and enable numbers etc, wish that worked.

I have updated the test release and now the 123 key (or the long Home equivalent) then Green will activate the NextPVR hidden menu on all the screens but the recording screen.
