I went on a tour of Great Britian once back in 1997 or so. It was end of June, begining of July. We started in London, looped around into Wales, up to Edinborough, back to London. I really loved it. The weather was very nice, it only rained on us the day we went to Bath. (how appropriate) the other times were while we were sleeping or on a bus. I did by a sweater in Scotland, but other than that it was great. It didn't seem that different than Pennsylvania. Maybe milder summer and winter.

Now if you Brits could serve COLD beverages with more than 2 ice cubes that melt instantly in the warm drink...

It's funny, that is the one thing I noticed that I missed there.

That reminds me of an old British motocycle joke...
Most older Brit bikes came with electrical systems built by Lucas, from the magneto, down to the headlight, and they were very finicky. Wet weather would cause the magneto to quit, the headlight would go out just when you needed it most, etc...so...

Why do Brits drink warm beer?
Because all their refrigerators are made by Lucas. Big Grin

Hey Jeff,

I am hoping that this is a quick fix but just recently I have been seeing <meta name="keywords" content="weath on my screen instead of the text detailing the current condition (i.e cloudy or mainly sunny) I have posted an image of the issue and below is the header information from MSNBC...
<head><title>Winnipeg CAN Weather - Forecasts, Radar Maps, Video, and News</title><meta name="description" content="MSN Weather - Current conditions, forecasts, news, video, and maps for Winnipeg CAN." /><meta name="keywords" content="weather, Winnipeg CAN, forecast, temperature, video, news, radar maps, satellite maps, precipitation" /><meta http-equiv="content-style-type" content="text/css" /><style type="text/css">@import "http://st.msn.com/as/wea3/css/weather2.css";</style><script type="text/javascript" src="http://video.msn.com/js/vp.js"></script><script src="http://st.msn.com/as/wea3/js/mru-js2.txt"></script><script language="javascript" src="http://hp.msn.com/scr/op/ol-fdbkv3_r1.js"></script></head>
I really like the weather plugin and hope that this is an easy fix other than pulling this piece of information from the skin page Smile

Hey Everyone,

For the last two days I have been trying to view the weather and all it does is just sit there with the "Downloading Weather Forecast..." screen. I figured that it was just the website was inaccessible so I went to msnbc.com and I think that I saw a "redirect" window for a split second... can anyone inform me if this URL would be the same as the one the plugin would use?

http://weather.msn.com/local.aspx?wealoc...c:CAXX0547

thanks

Reminds me of my friends MGB, real nice car, ran good, loads of fun, caught fire and burned to a crisp.

And my father-in-law's Austin Healey 100/4 the whole car is rewired with red insulated wire, you can't trace anything... Neat car though.

I appreciate the post Wink I really need to spend more time on the forums... I guess I just expected any postings of this nature to be found in this thread.

Thanks again Smile
