Just to clarify, bear in mind that FEBE only backs up your extensions, etc., it doesn't synchonised them like foxmarks or google sync does. Two different things.
If you want to reinstall FF from cold on a new machine/ whatever, FEBE is a godsend, as you can just install your favourite extensions and themes, etc., from the back up without having to poke around for hours tracking them down on the intertubes.
