Code:
2007-03-08 06:30:38.323    VERBOSE    [1]    getValue: /settings/PreferredDecoder : System Default
Means that you let windows pick your decoder. It also means you have no idea what is picked Wink Try setting video and audio decoder (in gbpvr's config app) explicitly to one you have installed. If you don't have any in your dropdown, that usually means you don't have a supported one installed. The list of supported decoders is:
Code:
2007-03-08 06:30:38.323    VERBOSE    [1]    getValue: /settings/SupportedDecoders : bitcontrol® MPEG-2 Video Decoder,DScaler Mpeg2 Video Decoder,CyberLink DTV Video Decoder,ATI MPEG Video Decoder,InterVideo NonCSS Video Decoder for Hauppauge,InterVideo Video Decoder,CyberLink Video/SP Decoder (ATI),CyberLink Video/SP Decoder (PDVD7),NVIDIA Video Decoder,CyberLink Video/SP Decoder,Elecard MPEG2 Video Decoder,Moonlight-Elecard MPEG2 Video Decoder,MainConcept MPEG Video Decoder,MainConcept (Hauppauge) MPEG Video Decoder,Sonic Cinemaster® DS Video Decoder,Zulu HDTV Video Decoder(BDA),Nero Video Decoder,GPL MPEG-1/2 Decoder,MPV Decoder Filter,ffdshow MPEG-4 Video Decoder

I have tried 2 different codecs to do the software decoding and neither will work. I have no audio and no video. The quality is stated as full and the signal is 0. If I have the Blaze software running the signal shows as full aswell.
The codecs I have tried are DScaler Mpeg2 Video Decoder and Cyberlink Video/SP Decoder.

I have attached the log files of when I used the Dscaler video decoder. Also the error message that shows when I use Live TV. All zipped up.

If anyone can help that would be great. I am thinking I may have to give up on this soon and go for a standard PVR.
