ZSchedFix Beta Support and Suggestions

I'm totaly scartching my head. If Windows is erroring it's something Windows type is not good.

Have you or I updated your windows to different versions...? My dev computer is not on auto update. Have I missed something...

I'm using VB6 SP6. The ocx files that I use aren't anything different from my other programs...

In fact the only thing that is different is the 'test' for sqlite3.exe. At the start, it hasn't even been called yet...

Maybe, I'm resizing a window and your version of windows doesn't like it...

I'm doing something different where there are actually 5 forms that are loaded at the start, and mostly hidden. But if it's working for me on all my computers, then .... what?

Well I think I know. I've seen sometimes, that simply adding a msgbox, allows enough time, and bang it works....

I'm going to add some time in where I put the msgbox, and see...

i'm not on my mediapc so i can't actually use it all the way (just keeping some databases around for playing)

Sorry a bit distracted with the new prerelease. I meant I want to take out the 'question' but in some pauses.

ZSchedFix doesn't do much as said before. It will export and import recordings and reoccurring schedule. Best part is, if there a channel lineup change its gets it right, and keeps the tables clean in the right order.

Much of the stuff that it does, is so 'behind the scenes'. But so far so good

Just to confirm it worked for me.
And once I pointed it to my database, it picked all the detail up.

That's good... as far as further beta testing, as said before, this is a very basic program. Just Export and Import.

Funny how just launching has caused so much trouble.

Anyway, I would really like to hammer out the startup some more. I will be removing that opening question. I hope that you guys can tell me if further patches at least startup...

Yup, I'll be keeping my eye on the thread and trying them out.

Well here's 10....

It's got a default pause of 0.2 seconds before it starts to fill the backend tables...

Now if this isn't long enough for you, (and I'm going quite crazy thinking of what is going on) then you can tweak the pause time by editing the provided reg file, following the readme...

Please let me know if the default is working, or what you end up using...

I think it must be something other than the delay Frank. I'm back to getting the windows error message and even after bumping the delay up to 10 seconds!
