Any warstories from VA users on the new 1.0.8 ?

i think it might be gbpvr itself

what used to happen was the folder pics would come from the net
now they are taken from the recording

i prefered the net

but im not sure what does it

Does VA not download the folder picture like it used to ?

It will, but only if a folder.jpg is not already in the folder. Now that GBPVR creates folder images it may, as a side-effect, stop the video archive plug-in from doing the web download.

thanks for the comfirmation though

i guess i will have to disable it in gbpvr some how

or is there a way of replacing the gbpvr way with yours(VA net way)
any ideas ?

I'm not sure if this will help at all, but I do (did, removed VA for now) have one issue with VA related to MVP starting, due to the StockTicker dll having issues loading? See Martin's comment here: (logs in my post above that)

Might be the way I implemented the plugin handling in 1.08 as sub's install notes said make a new dir?

it hogs all my ram
