I would like a sleep plugin. I usually watch TV every night to go to sleep. I can put the TV on sleep, but the MVP will continue to write to the hard drive all day long. It would be nice to be able to set the MVP to return to the main menu after a certain period of time.
WIN 7

you could get a windows program that can put your computer into standby mode, and just map it to a remote key. ive got a program that came with my imon remote that does that.

an entirely different kind of plugin:
Bible Reader combined with a verse of the day (verseoftheday.com). Preferably without the need for an Internet connection. Greetz, MaBo

what about a bit-torrent RSS plugin like torrentocracy for mythTV?
it could be really cool...

Plug in ideas.
a) the xml config files. Put them in a seporate directory, not in each of the skin colour folders. b) log files. Put them into another seporate directory, keeps the gbpvr directory clean c) how about a command plug in. what I mean is. I have a number of programs I want to run, with various command line arguments, If I had an xml file where I could enter them, then I could easily run other programs form GBPVR, without knowing .net ! |
