No I did not setup guest access, but this reminded me of something else.
I did all this on the lan but I used a vpn-ip (Hamachi), it's 5.x.x.x. That number is not in the trusted ip-range. I guess that, because it's all kind of virtual it normally works but sometimes (I couldn't repeat it sofar) it decides it's a non-trusted ip. I've set the url back to the standard 192.168.1.11.

This however does not influence the episode search. Is there a log I could check?

I installed ewa 64, now episode search works fine.
If you want me to do some more testing I'll install 66 again, no problem.

Yea....I think you will need to install 66 again to see if we can figure out what is causing your issue.

What search oarameters are you using? PM me your e-mail address and I will set up an FTP account on my server and you can FTP me your gbpvr.db3 file....that way I can plop it in and see if I see the same thing on my system.

I would also appreciate it if anyone else that is using this release (66) would check search in their machine and let me know if they are having the same problem. I have 66 running on several machines and do not see this at all.

I have a few saved searches and they seem to be working fine - I also tried a few 'Search for Phrase' searches and they seem OK too.

One small thing though - Statistics tab not shown in Guide2 - fine in Guide.

Searching against your DB works fine for me......what is the chane date on your search and search results.aspx files?

Give me a search term you are using that is not working on your system....

Thanks for the feedback......

The statistics tab has been removed....it is now an option in the footer (lower left). Clicking it will take you out of the CSS version of EWA since I have not yet created that in CSS yet. I just finished Manage recordings in CSS so that will be in the next build release.....

Hi UJB,

I did a search for results.aspx but I couldn't find it. It should be on the server, right? Just to be sure I searched the "client" aswellSmile .
Nothing was found.

I put back version 65, did a search which worked fine, then indeed found a search.aspx in the web-dir. So the search.aspx is definitely not written in 66, on my system. To be sure I've tried with recordingservice running under sytem-account and under user-account, no difference.
That's all I found sofar.

The pages are in the archive at the begining of this post....I have attached the 4 files you should have in regards to search (two pages and their corresponding code behind pages).

Unzip these into your gbpvr\web directory after stopping the gbpvrrecordingservice.....then restart the service arfter unzipping.
