Zprocess2: How do I know it's working?

Sure looks like you played with the CPU Priority and the Transcoder.

Most people have the best success with MEncoder and set to Below Normal. Also you may have adjusted the CPU Priority on you other services too.

What's the Specs on your computer?

It does a lot of extra checking to be sure you have everything setup properly...

And I wouldn't worry about the sorry video. ZProcess is dying too early and trying to play the file, but that's not going to help. The Sorry video is on;y to avoid a crash on the MVP...

I am using MPlayer RC2 now.
P4 with plenty of RAM. System worked with ZProcess a year ago, when i was using it.

I upgraded as you suggested to latest Zprocess, removed reg settings.

Now, when i start the file, a ZTranscode window appears.
"You will need to set some values in Config.XML to lock position for MVP. Then a Reboot from MVP.

Also, no Cache directory appearing for today.

OK. That's good. I got that one figured, though I should really have that automated. Have you ever used MVPScreenPosition, and have you set the screen position in the config.xml? If you haven't then you can't have that check box, 'lock to MVP Screen Position'.

Now if you do have settings in the config for the MVP Screen Position plugin, (working right I assume) and when you have it locked to screen pos, you still have an error, I'd like a copy of your config.xml and a verified MAC address from your MVPs...

No cache folder may be a problem. Set the cache days to 5 and then let me know. The default of 0 should be working...

I never had the Lock to MVP set, never set screen position. Just default out of the box. Only 1 MVP, so this is the only one.

Config attached. I set the default to 5.

Hey now, Jerry. Here's a new build for both ZProcess and Ztranscode. Copy them over and overwrite. Also, run the remove refs if necessary, and removeallZProcess.reg

Indeed I had a default where it would have the Lock checked. And it really should only be IF you have also set some values after having used MVPScreenPosition

Blushing is good. I have a slew of developers who work for me, and if they didnt' blush, they wouldn't be human.

We'll get it...I'll test the last build you gave me, and send feedback..

I found it, and it works for my roommates at least. They like to break things so, it's probably good.

Actually no. The avis all play in 16:9 on the PC, however i would like to see the 16:9 Letterbox format on the 4:3 tv. Black stripes up and down are fine, but right now, the whole screen is filled and the picture is stretched.

Any ideas?
