Recording panel not working on PCH/NMT

FWIW, I only have WebRadio for playing music on nPVR - so that's all I could test - but on my system I do not have that problem (of losing the TV Recordings tab from the main menu) after stopping WebRadio.

I'm talking about the Recording panel (for BRVE+) it displays Recording now/Recording next down the bottom of the MainMenu & in the FixedImage screensaver, but after playing music it never re-appears again.

MVP Logs attached from it showing on the MainMenu & then letting it go into screensave & it showing the Recording now info, then playing a song from Music & stopping it & it no longer showing on the MainMenu or in the screensaver.

I see now what you mean, thjanks for explaining.

I am now finding that additionally that selecting 'TV Guide' -or- 'Recordings' -or- 'Pictures' from the MainMenu also kills the 'Recording now/Recording next' alert at the bottom of main screen.

Do you mean after you exit the plugin you don't get it displaying at the bottom of the MainMenu or you don't see while in the plugin?

Your right, I just tried going into the TV Guide & then back out again & sure enough it had disappeared..... I wonder why I didn't notice it before :confused:

Hi,

it seems that your main menu is named "Vertical", and the plugin doesn't recognize it as "the main menu". While npvr sends "ACTIVATE PLUGIN """ on the pc, it sends "ACTIVATE PLUGIN "Aeon"" on my nmt when entering the main menu.

I'll try to add some logic so that the main menu as always determined correctly for the next release (or, at least, treat "Vertical" as main menu").
