I've just started using comskip and i'm having a similar problem. PostProcessing.bat gets called but it doesn't seem to do anything. I can't find a postprocessing.log and there is no edl file. Here is a snippet from nrecord.log to prove that PostProcessing.bat gets invoked.

Figured it out. I was looking for postprocessing.log in the script directory. It was in C:\Program Files (x86)\NPVR. I moved comskip.exe, comskip.ini and comskip.txt to the same directory. It should work now.

The "standard" advice is to begin any of the .bat files with a CD to a folder of your choosing to you know "where" everything is happening.
