I haven't tested it out yet... But I hope, I really hope, to test it out this weekend.

I am full aware that this is experimental... therefore buggy with high risk. If you are not willing to take the risk associated with experimental (what a great term) software than I would stay away from it. Since I am a yahoo, I planning on playing with this. I will of course report my findings to all. Thanks Pegasus for giving me something else to play with.

Jorm, you should setup a donate button for your work.
Although I don't think you can ever beat the love I have for comskip (unless, of course you make a better comskip), recommendation will be my second best feature. Then comes fast find, CDK (got to love the priorities), vertical time lines.

What's the verdict on this one? I'm giving SERIOUS consideration to switching over from SageTV, but (and I'm probably the most vocal opponent to sage's non-intelligent recordings) I reaaaallly want a sage intelligent recordings or tivo suggestions type of feature. If this plugin works then I'm sure I'll switch.

As it is theres a ton of programs that I watch that aren't on my season pass list that I like to watch and sage records for me because it knows (after months of training) that I do indeed like them.

Can I assume that this isn't worth looking at from the lack of resposne?

It would be very interesting to try this, though I'd prefer just to have a screen with suggestiongs rather than the program recording stuff on it's own. At leased untill I'm sure the program knows what it's doing Smile

Did anything come of this? I can't seem to find much more info other than what is included on this thread.

I'm also looking for something to replace tivo suggestions and sagetv intelligent recordings. I'd love to see this in XRecord or GB-PVR.

Would an adaptation of this help? http://www.templetons.com/brad/myth/suggest.html
