Are you positive you installed that patch? I'm not see the logs messages I'd expect.

Alternatively, when you're back, if you're up for it, I could remote into the machine using TeamViewer, and try a few things, and have it going in 15 minutes.

I believe I did. More than happy to do a team viewer session, what sort of times are you around?

I can see the logging now, and an error - so that's good.
