3.8.3 Available (25th Sept)

I've repackaged the 3.8.3 installer to included the latest patches http://www.nextpvr.com/NPVRSetup_3_8_3_160929.exe

I had to update my configuration for the software that responds to my remote control. I use Windows messages to interact directly with NextPVR even if it doesn't have focus and this update changed the class name. I am adding a note here about the easiest way to handle this so I can find it the next time or anybody else that uses IR Server Suite (IRSS) can find it.

- Stop Translator in the System Tray.
- Edit "C:\ProgramData\IR Server Suite\Translator\Translator.xml"
- Global replace "WindowsForms10.Window.8.app.0.141b42a_r11_ad1" with "WindowsForms10.Window.8.app.0.2804c64_r11_ad1"
- Save Translator.xml
- Restart Translator

I upgraded to 3.8.3 recently. However, I've run into a problem that didn't exist in the previous version.
I have a Hauppauge WinTV-quadHD tuner card installed in my back end server which I purchased to avoid recording/viewing conflicts.

In the current version of nextPVR, the tuner I'm watching live tv on is taken away to record 2 simultaneous recordings using two different channels.
In the previous version of nextPVR (3.7.7), I could watch live tv on one channel and record 2 other programs simultaneously with no problem.
Is there a setting I can use to get the current version of nextPVR to behave correctly with the quad tuner?
