So your IP address is 192.168.1.75. Try manually adding a server that IP address in the Android app, with 0000 for the password. The Android app will need to be on the same network as the PC.
There was no sign in the logs of discovery packets arriving at the PC from the Android app. The most likely reason is that you've got firewall software on your PC that is blocking this network traffic, stopping the auto discovery and connection from happening.
Once again I’ve tried to get this app to work. Shutdown firewall, entered IP address, etc, still can’t get past select a server from the list. It works well on my PC, just need to tweak it a little. But can’t do the same on the TV. I’m at a loss!!
If you want to let me remote into the machine, using teamviewer, I'm happy to take a look. Otherwise I'm pretty much out of ideas.
No one else is having this problem though, so I can only assume it is something specific to your machine, which you're missing. (like antivirus, netnanny, firewall software blocking access)
