What text size are you running your desktop at?

FWIW my v5 NextPVR runs D2D as well, my v4 on the same box is D3D.

What text size are you running your desktop at?

I am running v4 and v5 simultaneously to compare them. So they should be the same. I am not sure how to use Direct3d on v5..



What do I do about the streaming profiles?

Direct2D is the default for v5, so that's fine.

How do you create streaming profiles?

They are predefined. Try ctrl-f5 to refresh the page.

Maybe see if this helps with your UI. This version is DPI aware, and fixes an issue I had with using it on my new 4k monitor. Make sure to also check it in fullscreen mode, since internally the UI is rendered to the desktop resolution.

That may be slightly better in UI.. However I am having major issues with HDPVR.

This was supposed to be the Weather Channel. It works fine on v4

That is typically what you’d see with reception issues. If you do a recording of the weather channel, do you see the same issue on playback? If so, supply a short sample recording and I’ll check why.

Slightly better on the UI? If you make if fullscreen, is it crisp?
