From the wiki https://github.com/sub3/NextPVR/wiki/components it is npvr.db3

It's not on the GitHub link earlier in this thread?

Why be discouraged your hardware is probably a decade old so consider yourself lucky to even have CableCard. I know Silicondust just announced they only are selling the stock they have.

Everything was working fine for the last week, until today. I dont know what changed but I am no longer able to get the devices in NextPVR to find channels on my tuners. THe tuners are online, and i can see all 6 but when I select Schedules Direct lineup and then scan - I get
No New HDHRchannels found. Use Silicondust tools to rescan

That is a recent NextPVR change. In HDHR mode you aren't really scanning, you just are getting a list of channels that the HDHR has previously scanned. The message is saying that what you have matches your HDHR so any rescan would fit the definition of insanity. If you think the problem is an OTA frequency change and a rescan is necessary you need to do it with the Silicondust software. I expect it is something else but there are no problems without the zip logs.

I went to the test pc i had built this model on to verify it would all work for me (ceton tuners, ceton proxy, nextprv, and emby server) and everything worked... and i realized that the NextPVR had been running on that pc... and was perhaps 'owning' the tuner/channels? I disabled NextPVR from running on the test pc, and the new media pc NextPVR was able to scan the channels..
as usual - i'm the cause of my own problems..
