Sorry I am running linux right now but I think it is Window Logs->Application and it should be near the top in red.

I opened the NextPVR web app, clicked on 'Settings,' clicked on 'About' then clicked on the button 'Logs files.'  I saved them to a file and it's attached.

That lo doesn't have the crash information.

I'm sorry, I can not find anything in the Event Log Viewer regarding this exception error. I selected the option to run NextPVR from the list of programs and got the error again. I did a copy/paste of the information in the error window. Here it is.
