I tried the following as you suggested when withdrawing the power request:
I had "Turn off display after 2 min" and it indeed bought me an extra 2 min of awake time after the power request was gone. A possible workaround for sub for this Win11 peculiarity. I worry about hdmi CEC glitches turning TVs/monitors on at unwanted times related to this hack. My server has a display that is mostly turned off but has occasionally turned on by hdmi CEC glitches .
