Recording .map files remain after deletion

Glad you're able to recreate. I will make the config change and test to see if the problem is resolved.

Will the config change be reflected in the next release?

I do timeshift, so that could include an in-progrsss timeshift on a certain program that then continues onto the next program. Is this in reference to the timeshift orphan map files?

Yes I am glad too, but this is why logs are the most important thing for us. It is easy to test rather that waiting. Start a recording, start watching it in Kodi, cancel it in the browser, then stop watching. The ts.map file will be left but with the config.xml change it will be gone on delete.

Changes to config.xml always carry forward so no worry about the version. I am not sure if sub inserts these new values for others.
