Jellyfin v10.9

Great thanks for the feedback @luguber. I have submitted a PR for pre-4 to Jellyfin but based on the issues reported on the Jellyfin forum and GitHub they might be busy for a while.

Comments or suggestions are welcome while the PR is waiting, this is about the only time I have with everything connected and can remember how to develop for Jellyfin.

Yes almost everywhere I am emveepee but that started a little bit later.
