And really, that's sounds about right. Microsoft Canada has MCE pull listings with American ratings.... yeah that sounds about right...

At least we don't have to WATCH shows that have been edited to the American rating standards!

BTW, why PNAMBIC are you trying to summon OZ?

At first I wasn't sure what you were talking about. Had to google it. But I just love the irony that I didn't understand my own joke.

So what were doing back there anyway?

This batch file is called after all the rest of the conversion is complete...

Note the %1. That's so I could pass the HeadEnd.xml....

At the end the final file will still be the Headend.xml...

Thanks Frank, sorry about the slow reply I had to be run and I missed your post somehow!
Is it ok if I post your updated batch file in the wiki or in the original I-xmltv thread for people using with the MCE grabber?

Thanks again.

whurlston Wrote:Not a problem Jim. I don't think that the Language is included in the Y! data but I will double check it. I guess I could always add the lang="en" if they don't and just let everyone know that it was for compatibility and not necessarily accurate.
I'd hate to see you do something like that to your util, and it isn’t necessary. I have the Y! version tested and ready to go using the existing output.
Two different versions of I-xmltv would probably be easiest anyway, because I could include the proper UpdateEPG for the grabber used. Fewer setup problems that way!

Quote:The code you posted does inform me of another issue though. With the MCE data, Canadian programs may not have the last 4 digits of the ID. I had to modify my code to compensate for that. I'll adjust it to append the episode number, or if that's not available, append 4 zeros.

Sweet, thanks!
