seems i had an incomplete capture card setup...messed things all up..
pays to backup first...lol
i had 5 capture sources,3 of them fake... 1.pvr150 ant. and 2.sat, 3.composite with no listings, 4. external recorder for web streaming app, 5. software recorder for second software tvcard...Big Grin [which wasn't in the machine at the time, probably why error]
so after a little tinkering it's all working fine...
one thing i noticed also was the composite capture source i had defined, worked fine but when i tried to remove it it took forever! to update the database after i hit ok in config, when this cap source had no epg set at all!
anyways, working fine...am working on getting bluemce2 working in it...
looks good so far and as always, seems a little zippier..lol
[fresh/upgrade installs usually are]

so many new features..drooling over the new mvp dongle...hehe
curious who you meant about seeing what others can do? [mvpmc?]
Sub,are you sure you haven't got a few little clones in the basement? Smile
Cheers!
with Beers!

my BlueMCE2 works on it as is...nottested all plugins yet but so far so good.

can't believe you pulled off the overlay aspects Smile
one thing i noticed however..on my ati card only the 2 aspects work, but i expected that cuz of the boundary thing, but i can never seem to get back to normal! it just cycles thru those same two, wich look like black bars on sides on one,and bars on top n bottom on other one...
not a huge deal, cuz if watching tv,it pretty much stays same aspect..
i'm guessing the aspects are setup more for vmr than overlay tho anyways...
the whole reason i went back to overlay was cuz you could ff/rw while paused and that problem now solved with upgrade anyways Big Grin thanx!
glad you gave it a major number update cuz it is worth it,i woulda jumped it up to 97.xx with all the new features/fixes Smile
hope you're having a nice break...great work!!

With the GBPVR MVP dongle, would it be possible to have aspect ratio control for the MVP?
