Worked for me too - It still has a soft freeze after an hour , but the flashing has now gone.

This fixed my OSD flashing, but i still random freezing just when playing. 2-10min max of playing before a freeze. Card freezes on last frame of video, but program still responds on the computer. Have to restart program, or machine sometimes once card gets hosed.
