I looked on lyngsat and it says that the EPG is on 12311 and just channels on 12224 for 91. I looked at 82 and there is an EPG on 12341. I will try to record you a stream of 12341 and see what is on that one.

OK here is a 100Mb record of 12224 transponder on BEV 91.
PS: I tried the DVB EPG 'as is' on other BEV transponders and the 2-day EPG appears to be working.

I hope it helps.Unfortunately I seem to be having problems getting this stream to play in my debug environment. ie, technical difficulties before the data actually gets delivered to GB-PVR. I'm not really sure why its refusing to load. Does that frequency have at least one channel with video? If so, can you create a new capture source, and enable at least one of those channels, then do an 'update epg'?

Well I tried to record the stream on 12341 (BEV 82), but I could not get the Twinhan TS software to stop crashing my system! So I created a capture source for 82 and downloaded the EPG and it seamed to work, but it was only a 2 day guide as well.
Did you have any luck with the stream that Observer_11 posted for 12224 (BEV 91)?

You can try the attached patch. It might help for both BEV and DishNetwork. You need to have at least one channel enabled from the transponder that carries the EPG. You also need to have enabled the DishNetwork EIT support in the advanced BDA settings.
It seems to find a squillion listings for me, but its hard to really tell whether it fully works or not.

On BEV 91 using channels from TP12311 and TP12224 I am getting less than 2 hours of guide using the patch. I noticed when I update the EPG it scans ALL the transponders - but shouldn't it only scan the transponder with the 9-day guide (for BEV TP12224)?

At the moment it is just working because its close enough to the standard DVB EPG to work. In the standard DVB EPG this concept of one transponder carrying all the listings doesnt really exist. I'll have to add logic to do just the specific transponder. I dont have time to do it right now though.

Hi Sub,
I tried the patch with it set to the EPG transponder. First time it got to 1 second on the epg transponder and stopped. Then I tried to update the EPG and it finished, but did not give me any channels. It looks like the logs have some info though that might help you. I also have a one minute ts stream uploaded here: http://www.megaupload.com/?d=J9SID1RO [ATTACHMENT NOT FOUND] Let me know if you need anything else. Thanks

I've kind of run out of time at the moment. I've gotta get back to the day job stuff for the next few days...
