The popups changed a lot in this release. Sounds like you could have a problem there, since it exits when calling the popup.
What, me worry?

Does it work with the default blue skin?

If so you could try copying the TVListings skin folder, from blue, over in to the CS3 folder. Then just replace the skin.xml with roy's one and see how you get on.

The xml may be calling a graphic file that isn't there. You might get an idea from the logs (?)

I just installed TV Listings on a pvrx2 Vista machine and I get an error when going into it. I was hoping someone here could help because it looks like it might be skin related and I haven't received much response in the plugin thread about it. I have Community skin, but it's about 2 months old or so. It throws this exception right when I choose tv listings:
