I can get about 5 seconds of live tv and then I get the tuner unavailable message. I had it working when I first installed npvr then I started getting the message while mapping channels and I get it now all the time no matter what I do.

did you apply the patch? It fixes the primary problem for me

by the way, I see the "GetQuality()" ad nauseam messages have gone, I think it was this patch that did it. a nice bonus, thanks sub!

Just tried it and it seems to work but I won't be able to test much until tomorrow night I have recordings scheduled in GBPVR tonight.

sub, sorry to bug you, but I'm wondering if you have any ETA on a patch for the remaining portion of this bug? that is, the bit where the livetv lease fails when a recording starts, and then in turn the recording runs on forever. for me this is the last big bug in NPVR, everything else is resolved.

There is a few problems mentioned in this thread, and I've not looked at them all, so I'm not sure if they're related or not. I've attached a patch that was specifically attempted to fix the problem Martin was having with analog, but it did involve a fix outside of the analog specific code, so it may have an impact on other problems mentioned in this thread. So, give it a go and let me know if it helps...
