That's exactly what I see too. I'v also noticed that skipping works if I watch on the server but NOT on a client (with exactly same software and decoder setup).

Try only enabling MPEG and AC3 audio decoders in settings while setting all other audio decoders to "Disabled". In my experience the reference clock get set to the AAC audio renderer which causes AC3 audio to go our of sync when there is no AAC audio present.

I have disabled HE-AAC, AAC for several months with no change. After checking my logs with this latest umanaged I also disabled EAC3 and it still is off.

Just a suggestion for a work around, could an audio codec drop down option be added to each channel? IE the default would be "auto" (add all) "mpeg" "ac3" etc etc. That way current installs would work as is, and advanced/problematic users could specify the codec for each channel so that the app would only add one audio codec, which effectively would be as if the unused codecs were disabled, which works well at the moment.
Anyhoo, just a thought..

Is your audio renderer set to default? Having it set to other values is the most common cause of audio/video sync issues.

I dont think most people would want to add 6-10 seconds per channel change so that it could stop the graph and rebuild it with just decoders mentioned in this drop down (or even just those channel changes that change types).

Ah, yes Sub, that would be a fly in the proverbial ointment.

Have you tried other decoders? The audio renderer/decoders are pretty much the only thing that will have an effect on the A/V sync. May also be worth trying a different video decoder aswell.

Yes, I have spent a lot of time on this.
