Ok.
I've tested
Code:
NetTarget -o 8421 -t /192.168.1.200/upnp/channelstream/64.ts

Here is the new log.

PS: i have accidently deleted (while editing) my previous post... sorry.

The IP and port are in NetworkRecorder.xml to make them easier to change, the target is therefore

-t /upnp/channelstream/64.ts

Looking at your log I also saw "Not Found 8421" You need to use the number of a value showing undefined in you database. You might need to compress and upload your database for me to have a look.

I dont understand this. Does thr 8421 stands for the channel number? I've removed all the other channels, and created a new one for the NetworkRecorder. So my database should be with only one channel. I'll attach both the log and the database.

The log was created after my new try using:

Code:
NetTarget -o 8421 -t /upnp/channelstream/64.ts

I've checked and the channel streams on VLC.

Try with -o 8872

Also when you restart the db you need to use a new NetworkRecorder.xml For this db3 you can change to

<NetworkRecorder id="23" instance="1">

Good it's closer. Do you have the same problem with recordings and live tv? For a tip in NetworkRecorder.xml you can try increasing the <delay> to 2000 or 3000 (1000 per second) You need to restart the recording service after you change the XML file.

Also compress and upload your NRecord logs with LiveTV and Recording attempts. If DVBViewer creates logs send those too.

Well increasing the delay had no effect. I've tried to use other decoders without any sucess. It hangs or crashes with no aparent logic (that i can see).
I've attached all NPVR logs and a sample of the temporary stream recorded by Nrecord. It renders in VLC but not in NPVR.
I could not find any relevant log from Dvbviewer.

NetworkRecorder is doing it's stuff. by creating the file for NPVR. Do recordings work? It looks like you need a larger delay to buffer enough for NPVR livetv
