Yes, please supply updated logs showing a scan with this new version. Set <ScanDropTime>6500</ScanDropTime>
(before this release there was an issue that'd would stop this setting from working if it was raised this high)

If 6500 doesn't seem to do it. Install this updated NShared.dll, which adds some extra logging, then do the scan, then post the logs.

I noticed that the scans that find stations don't run as long as those without, maybe the time for the LCN is a separate time.

Even for those where it finds stations, it should be no quicker than the drop time. ie, if the drop time is set to 6500, then it should spend at least 6500ms on each frequency. The patch above logs the drop time it's using.

There are two config.xml files perhaps you aren't editing the correct one shown in the wiki that you have at C:\Users\Public\NPVR-data\
