It looks like it's finding the channel numbers for about half the channels. The last number, after "OFF~" is the channel number:

If you go another scan of adapter1, and look in device-adapter1.log, is it always the same channels it finds the numbers for?

I ran three scans on adapter 1 and the channels it found lcn's for were the same in every case. Also the number of times it finds lcn's
in consecutive service numbers is not often. It's not always the case but more often it a case of find one miss one.

Sorry, I haven't had a chance to get back to it. I've been away the last few days.

Ran another scan yesterday to confirm the assumption that the results were always the same even several days later and the result was
identical. Also ran a scan on another Linux machine and identical again.

Can you try running:

dvbv5-scan -v /usr/share/dvb/dvb-t/uk-CaradonHill

Then we're going to want to check the LCNs that were found in the output.

ie, you'd typically find messages like these:

Code:
|        0x83: logical_channel_number_descriptor
|           service ID[0]     1501
|           LCN             36
|           visible service 1
|           service ID[1]     1502
|           LCN             16
|           visible service 1
|           service ID[2]     1504
|           LCN             20
|           visible service 1
|           service ID[3]     1505
|           LCN             29
|           visible service 1
|           service ID[4]     1506
|           LCN             27
|           visible service 1
ITV3 is service ID 8294. We're going to want to check if it can see a LNC for that service ID.

Can you let me know if this updated DeviceHostLinux fixes it?

Magic, all channels correctly numbered and ordered. I've uploaded a dvbv5 scan if you want to check it's ok.
Thankyou very much. Scan may be found here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/hzip2z51bee4pa...1.zip?dl=0
