Can NextPVR import TitanTV .TVPI files to schedule a recording

Delayed cuz its my first attempt at a markdown file but using the editor at Dillinger is pretty straight forward. :-) I'll send it to you first, so you can add/correct/improve etc. When I send it to Titan for evaluation, it will need to have the "shareword" date extended into February as it will likely take them a while to get around to having a look at it.

Draft of doc is ready.  Probably way too wordy (a weakness of mine) but wasn't sure if I could include screen shots or not.  It was my first markdown file.

For comments, I would suggest

- Enhancing the installation instructions on how to associate .tvpi etc. This could be the toughest part for users but you likely could link to a web page that you find that explains this better than you or I can.

- links to version sections at the top of the page.

- It might work OK in some areas of Canada, for OTA and premium cable it suck.

- IPTV users world wide might get American cable though, maybe suggest Scheduled Direct satellite or cable lineup that have a lot of choice for a zipcode.

- make a note to check the NextTVPI.log for failures if it is a concern.

Note I do plan on deleting the tvpi file at exit if it was recorded successfully. I also have added logging on why matches fail on number matches. So you will see

Name not found
Name found but nothing on at that time
Channel number not found
Channel number found but nothing on at that time
Channel number found but program doesn't match
No matches

Thanks for the feedback.  I've updated the doc with your suggestions and clarified/corrected a couple of other things.  I wasn't sure what you meant by "version links" so have none yet.  I assume you might mean version history of modifications ?  I'm fairly happy with it at this point. so please review.  When I send it to Titan, I will remove the bit about their annoying autoplay video.

I'd keep that bit abut the autoplay in, it is truly annoying and would keep me from recommending it.

I don't know what I mean typing "version" link either. I meant hyper links on the page to quickly jump to the main paragraph sub sections.

  NextTVPI.exe Plugin V1.0.4_draft V3.zip (Size: 6.57 KB / Downloads: 4) Attaching new version with heading links.  I wasn't able to test them using my markdown editor so I'm not sure if they work.  I think I got the syntax correct.  Thanks again,  Dave.

Yes those hyper links work, thanks. I changed you Test messages to a download message, and add the same time added a link to 1.0.5 with some messages Feel free to download that md file and change the download information however you want.

I'm happy with doc except for a couple of spelling mistakes but I can live with it as is. I'm ready to send it to Titan but the shareword version has expired.

Ok the test wiki is updated with 1.0.6 with shareword removed and will start moving them to the real wiki if you confirm 1.0.6 is working.
