Can you please collect the logs again with this update? It adds some more logging for what's with next steps of your listings.

Hmm, again I'm missing the new log messages I expected to see there. I'm not sure if you messed up installing the dll, or I had some issue building it. I've rebuilt it and reattached in case the problem was at my end.

Logs with new DLL - as before, there are no listings for the indicated frequency.

Here again the logs for the provided DLL (note, that I removed Dumplistings parameter as discussed previously - let me know, if I should re-insert it).
Listings are still missing in for the indicated frequency.
