Cheers
Ah, I think I see the issue. The attached patch should fix it.

I know that look and you would be well advised to do as she says. Wink

If you set the reflection height to 52% and the alpha to around 85 it can give a more natural reflection effect. I've found that I use a slightly compressed image at around 30% transparency for reflection effects I do in graphics.
Thanks, I'll set that as the defaults.

Okay, I'll let it slide since you put it that way. Big Grin

A small warning for the next build (in addition to the pending database changes for genres):

I've been using the tinyurl ID of the movies for saving the boxart images but this has proven to be unreliable. I will need to switch to using a different ID. The problem is that they have duplicate tinyurl IDs for different titles so the wrong boxart image can be shown for a title. One example is that the boxart image for "Blood: The Last Vampire" shows when selecting "Charley Varrick".

yes, I saw that a couple of times myself. One of the kids' Thomas the Tank Engine videos shows with a dark poster for something called "EVIL" or something like that. I figured it was NetFlix' fault... now I know to blame you Wink Big Grin

Nope, still their fault. They are duplicating the tinyurls. Big Grin

after installing the new version, the panel to the right of the list that shows the detail for the selected movie is all white, only the poster shows. There's also a white bar across the top, and a I can't find any of the new sort & genre options (probably hidden in the white bar). Any idea what could cause this, or what I could do to fix it?

Are you using the Wave skin? If so, you need Hairy's update from post #9 of this thread and then install the included skin in the new package.
