I totally understand your reasons for keeping the forum whole. I'm just looking for work arounds that keep your legacy intact but also a way forward Big Grin
So whats the structure you think it should be?

There were several people expressed displeasure with having any sub forums (other than the legacy one).

sub, there will always be displeasure, you will never please everyone. And I think from your years of progging you know that!

I'm close to offering my solution but it may not be for everyone!

My NetworkRecorder and a few other SearchLite posts just disappeared from the root folder to the legacy folder and they aren't legacy.

As I said above, I cant magically separate the GB-PVR and NextPVR posts, so for now the entire 'plugin and skins' forum has been re-parented, and renamed 'GBPVR (Legacy)'. Post me the urls of any threads you want moved out to the top level and I'll move them.

In some ways I wish sub hadn't just jumped at that. In many more ways I'm glad he did Big Grin By heck that will take some sorting out, I go with the flow, may be that was what was needed.

Let us all see what comes in the 48 hours!

Ok but it's frustrating because I was against this change. I expect I have to update my wiki and announcement posts too.

If people are not happy with it, I can easily put it back to how it was.
