I will admit that I often times have to click the "reload image" button because I can't make out all the characters, but I'm old with weak eyes.
It looks like you didn't set the input to 'fixed channel' when you created your channels. You'll need to do this for the analog channel coming out of your DTA. You'll also need to set the fixed channel number correctly. It's probably outputs on CH3 or something like.

Sorry, I don't know then. Try using the 'import' channels button instead of the add. That's what most people use. Maybe the 'add' button has a bug with fixed-channel.

Using the import channels button and selecting the fixed-channel button didn't seem to help.
There is one item of note: When I select Channel 1 (fixed-channel 3) I named Comcast I get audio but no video. This is the only channel I receive any input from.
I've attached screen shots of my new setup as well as my logs if it helps.
