The code in the XBMC plugin is self-explanatory except it doesn't tell you the default PIN (password) is 0000

Note: Because of a bug in NextPVR 3.1.1 you can't use the setup to change it.

I get a <rsp stat=\"Ok\"> back, then i do a call to http://192.168.1.170:8866/service?method=setting.list

But i get a fail back --> Invalid Session

For security you must add the validated sid parameter &sid=ajkafklds to your requests

The xbmc plugin does. If you look in the DoRequest() method, you'll see it automatically adds it to all calls.

What is the session time? Is it 1hour, 12hours, 24hours .....
Reconnecting all stuff after .... ?

If you're locally on a network, it'll reconnect your session automatically.

On a remote connection, the session should become invalid after 20 minutes of inactivity.

You can use the /service?method=channel.icon&channel_id=... call to get the icon for a channel.
