Problem solved!!!!
While trying to get the nDroid service to start I found this http://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php...post460076 info from bgowland. Installing the MS Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86) seem to have done the trick and the warning is gone and also the problem I had with TV Listings. \\Agerdin

mvallevand Wrote:Rght johnsonx42 pointed you to the 2012 run time not 2010 Yes, I realized that when i installed the 2010 version. I guess that the MS Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86) should still be a prerequisite? Weird that 2.6.2 worked without it but I guess its related to .NET4? \\Anders

Crap, sorry, I could swear I got that link from the thread in the pre-release forum telling me which run time I needed. So whatever points I got for being right about the runtime in the first place are forfeit for the bad link...:o

Ah, ok, that makes sense, the link was the right one from my point of view, just not the actual right one to solve the problem.
I wonder if what's missing only affects 64-bit? I've installed 3.1.1 on several 32-bit systems and never had to install any runtime. I'm not 100% sure those systems didn't have the VC++ 2010 runtime already, but I see no reason why they would have. No, I didn't get a chance to try installing it on my son's 64-bit system. So it looks like the needed 32-bit runtime is this: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/...px?id=8328 (use 32-bit because NextPVR is 32-bit)

So should I install the VS 2010 x86 or VS 2010 x64?
