Fresh Kodi installation crashes when NextPVR plugin tries access the NPVR server

I have the problem on the 32bit Windows 7 version.
I will reinstall my HTPC with Windows 10 64b. It won't hurt! Thanks for your help!

Before that can you try the 32 bit version that is in the link as the i686 zip file? https://jenkins.kodi.tv/job/kodi-pvr/job...3.3.14.zip

That is is missing a line that should be there. Where are you installing the file? I see you are running from a portable installation and it is loading
