Thanks for the info. I'll have to do some rework on some code to go and use ADO.NET instead of calling the lower level OLEDB commands directly.

Hmmm, I had it all up and running (0.97.7) this morning, now GBPVR wont even start. Any ideas????

I am using a Hauppenauge PVR USB2 and not the MVP. I have also tried using both 4:3 and 16:9 in the aspect setting. Let me know if more info is needed?

Just wanted to give a positive message.

Updated to the v0.97.7 without any problems. Everything seems to be working well using the ContourHC skin.

THANKS!

Just wanted to add, everything seems to be working okay - another relatively simple upgrade. Thanks for all the hard work and hat's off to you - writing all this AND having a new baby? Do you EVER sleep man?? Smile

Install went rather well. Just this:
When I close GBPVR I get this .Net 2.0 error:

It doesn't effect the MVP, it works fine:confused:

Another one:
@ psycik:
I installed the last ML2-v3.6, but it doesn't show up in the GBPVR-menu, no button. Any idea?

I get the same error here as well. It seems that either GBPVR or .Net is trying to call a DLL that it can not find. Trying a uninstall/reinstall of both gbpvr and .net 2.0. Just to see what will happen. I can not tell based on event viewer or the gbpvr logs what DLL it is trying to call.

Just installed .NET 2.0 and the new release.

Absolutely no problems so far. Even seems to have fixed the problems I was having with USBUIRT so I'm well chuffed.

Excellent work as usual Sub (and everyone else involved).

Many thanks

Doing uninstall of both .Net 2.0 and GBPVR, rebooting, then installing both one at a time (rebooting in between) seem to fix it for me. I have the basic version up and running now. I'm going to try to load my previous plugins now.

Great product sub and everyone else, thanks for all your hard work.
