The lack of video is probably the MPEG2 video decode you've got selected.

The one channel that shows as 'fixed-channel' looks like it has been imported correctly, the look like they were set wrong when you imported, and should be deleted.

Thanks so much for all the help.

I'm going to have to call it quits for tonight. I'll try and get back on it tomorrow.

Thanks again!

Well I'm back. Smile

I've importing the channels and set them up as fixed (see screen shots).

Now any channel selected shows channel 3 (with sound). It doesn't matter which channel I switch to via the TV Guide they are all the same (channel 3).

If I change channels with my cable-box remote it will change to that channel.

I've attached screen shots of my setup and the log files.

Thanks for any help.

OK, gang, add me to the list. I've been using NextPVR since it was GB-PVR, with my HDHomerun, with success. However, I've now quit cable and gone with an antenna. QuickView and VLC both show fine, lots of channels are available according to the HDHomerun setup utility, but NextPVR shows three devices, all of which seem to be the HDHomerun and none of which seem to do any good. Firewall exceptions are there, etc. -- Help! Thanks!

For antenna setups, you should be using the tuners listed as "SiliconDust HDHomeRun Tuner XXXXXXXX-X" with a type listed as "ATSC".

In the HDHomeRun Setup, set the application to "NextPVR" and scan. If no channels are found, change the Application setting to "Other: ATSC/QAM" in the HDHomeRun Setup and rescan in NextPVR.

If you still don't find any channels, it's most likely a firewall issue but you can zip and post your logs.

In that log it looks like you've done a variety scans. Can you start the app and just scan the 'ATSC' device, then post the npvr.log again? Stay away from the 'HDHR' and 'QAM' devices.

Shouldn't the HDHR show two or three tuners? I don't think they make a single tuner device.

For a limited time there was the HDHR-T1-US which was a single tuner model.

Done! Log attached. It found three channels under "ATSC." HDHomerun sees 20. This is progress, though. Smile

Correct. This is the one I'm using.

Thanks!
