Fresh Kodi installation crashes when NextPVR plugin tries access the NPVR server

Very odd, definitely not the right one. Could you try the dll in this one and confirm that the file is dated 2019-04-08

Ok here is the 32 bit debug version to install .After the crash send the dmp and txt file crash files in the portable_data folder. You might want clean the old files out first to make it easier.

With this file, when kodi starts:
"PVR Clients: NextPVR PVR Client
Addon couldn't be loaded.
An unknown error has occured."

The crash file are in portable_data in your case.

Addon loads with your last file. Logs attached.
I don't have any dmp file in portable_data. Only kodi.log.

Something is funny there if the stacktrace txt and crashlog dmp files are being created. Do you update the runtime when you install Kodi?

Also is there anything in the event viewer?
