OK, I have sorted that, as I suspected, user error.
I did not have ffmpeg installed.
I am now able to replay the recorded video

I tried the NShared.dll attached, but this happens when I start the server:

You can't use earlier updates with V6. Delete NShared.dll and rerun the deb installer to clean up this mess and then explain your problem more clearly and include your zipped logs ideally starting in a brand new topic.
