Settings section - Devices and Channels pages not loading

I just found something odd in the config.xml file, these few lines...
<ServerName>192.168.1.8</ServerName>
<ServerMAC>b8:ae:ed:ea:f1:01</ServerMAC>
<ServerSendWOL>true</ServerSendWOL>
<ServerPort>7969</ServerPort>
<DatabaseShare>\\192.168.1.8\NPVR</DatabaseShare>

I have no idea what this refers to, the IP of the server is 192.168.1.106, set by a reserved dhcp ip.
If I do ipconfig /all there is no sign of 192.168.1.8 or that mac - they don't exist, even as a different adapter.
any ideas where this might have come from?

That is obsolete recording stuff from v4 which you can ignore.
