Kev, I looked at the file and out of 535 tune requests, it only has listings for 235 of them. Does MCE show listings for CCTV-9? If it does then that means that MCE gets the listings from multiple data sources in your case. If that is the case, I believe I can solve that issue.

jjaomni, After looking at your original post, you are actually trying to use the Vista version of the downloader, not the 05 version

i dont see how that could be. i installed the default stuff from the setup which is the 2005 option.

the description for the exe files say 2005 edition so i have no idea why the error is looking for vista version of the epgdat file with sp3 rc1 in xp

In the error you posted:

The Vista build uses version 6+

yeah but i am certain it's the 2005 edition on the MceEpg2XmlTv.exe.

Hi Whurlston, I am not using Mce, I just use the xml file for MediaPortal.

jjaomni, check the properties on mceepgdownloder.exe. That is the one that is giving the error.

Kev, unfortunately the listings that are being exported are all the listings that are in that file. I would guess that Media Center does not have complete listings for that provider. After thinking about it, the listings are being pulled from the database, not that file. So if the rest of the listings were in another file, they should have been in the database.
