You wrote anything with PowerDVD, but my english is not so good, i dont understand it realy... is it possible to use PoverDVD as an External Player ?

No, playback is always done within the app using Directshow filters. I'm not aware of anything that was really changed about the release and powerdvd.

What can i do with this command line option: -import:filename ?

This is just for people wanting to import recordings from an xml file. Its unlikely that most people would use this, but could be of useful for some people that have utilities that import external video files to look like recordings made by GB-PVR.

I can't install this - after clicking all the next buttons the installer just hangs before it's able to start doing anything and CPU usage goes to 100%

Successful upgrade from previous version to this version for me*

Not sure why, but clear QAM tuning with happaugh pvr-1600 seemed to go even better with this version. Snagged the same set of channels as my clear-qam HDTV, which it never did before.

Been gone from here for quite a while. Everything has been working great and summer is really busy. Anyway, I upgraded to this current version (missed the May update) and as usual, not even a hiccup!

Say Sub (or anyone who knows), I am getting an error when I try to install this. Clean XP Pro install, when I try to install I get:

"Error 1335. The cabinet file 'Cabs.w1.cab' required for this installation is corrupt and cannot be used. ..."


I have downloaded this a few different times just in case something went wrong with the download and it keeps happening, is something wrong with the file on the server?

any hints?

I'm using a Vista Business 32 Bit on my machine and GBPVR ver. 1.1.5 runs great.

by the way, sub, thank you for all your efforts! (that applies to all who're helping making gbpvr what it is (and it is great!))
