Being logged in as administrator is not the same thing.

Click the windows icon on the lower left of the screen, then type "cmd". You should then see "CMD Shell" listed. Right click on it and select "run as administrator". It'll start a command prompt running as administrator. From there try running your regsvr32 command.

i did as stated and got an error

'The module "THMpgMux(5.0.0.2022).ax" failed to load.
Make sure the binary is stored at the specified path or debug it to check for porblems with the binary or dependent.DLL files.
The specified module could not be found.

I dont know. Maybe try the 5.0.1307 verison from http://www.gbpvr.ynosgroup.com/cyberlink_mux/

i downloaded that as well but got the same error message when using regsvr32

If you want it fixed, hire some help, do it yourself or say "Thank you very much"
for any free help that's graciously offered. Lashing out with "i pissed" will not get you very far.
