Still not working for me. Log attached, my actions and observations below. Timings +/- a second or so.
18:27:45, start NPVR, go to recordings, resume playback.
18:28:40, press pause then do 10 forward skips, picture updates, with the display showing the position in the program as 20:59
18:30:30, press play, get 4 seconds of audio but no movement of picture
18:31:44, playback starts but video is going double speed, then slows right down, audio is normal speed.
18:33:00, video and audio come into sync and video continues at normal speed, display shows about 25:45
18:35:00, stop playback and exit npvr.

These dont sound like the same symptoms as others have been describing, so probably not the same problem. These sound like the could be more related to decoders and/or renderers.
If you're got audio immediately when you press play, then it sounds like you're not experiencing the same problem others had, where the video AND audio would remain frozen after pressing play, for something like 10-30 seconds.
I've tried with Arcsoft, PDVD11 and ffdshow video decoders, all the same.
That was with EVR renderer.
With Overlay or VMR9 renderer, play restarts OK, but I don't get the progress bar.
With VMR9custom or VMR7 renderer, I get the progress bar, and play resumes OK (after a couple of second).
With VMR9FSE renderer, that all works but I can't get the menu during play
With VMR7 renderer, I can't click on the progress bar to jump to a time.
So I'll stick with VMR9custom, but when I pause then play, play restarts from the point where it was last skipped to. e.g. skip to 20:10, pause at 20:30, press play, and it starts at 20:10
A different audio decoder makes no difference, so I've reverted to the old unmanaged.dll to get play after pause to work normally again, I can live without skipping whilst paused.
Using this patch and also the TS Reader patch from the 528 x 400 thread I have a problem with TS files that are SD MPG and have no timing info - either old GBPVR files or ones edited to remove ads, unneeded streams etc.
For these files, resuming after pause now pushes you back to the start of the file.
If the TS files are HD or unedited SD or other file extensions all seems to work OK.
This is from either Recordings or Videos - haven't tried it on live yet.
It's not an overly complicated system - it's more - overly simple operatives
I am having problems in Live TV now with these latest patches. When trying to go back 30s 2 mins etc. it drops to the start of the TV buffer then all skips forward or back drop straight back to the start again. It looks as though NPVR is going to the first frame of video and then attempting to use the timing info to find its position (Resume now always plays the first frame before resuming from the correct point) If there is no timing info with a TS File (Live Buffer - Old or Edited File), then all skipping, resuming or pausing starts back at the beginning of the file.
I will try some of the previous patches to see if they make a difference, otherwise next week I should have internet at home and will supply logs etc.
